View Full Version : UFC and PRIDE: Whos ordering?

I dont know about you guys, but Im ordering both events. It will be my first live Pride. Ive always wanted to order them, but they have always been really close to UFCs, and Im a huge UFC Fan. I am really hyped for the GP. Im rooting for Shogun because he and Ninja came to my school to do a seminar a month or two back. It was really cool. They went over alot of standup stuff and groundwork. Cant wait til UFC 52 either. I got my money on Couture. I want to see Trigg win as well. I like Hughes, but I think Trigg is gonna take it to him. April is going to be a great month for MMA as a whole.

Thank god I have a bunch of friends who I have brought into the world of MMA, or I wouldnt be able to order the events haha. I have 5 people each giving 5 bucks, so I only gotta dish out 10, not a bad deal.

i got people coming too, but they buy the beer and food. so it all works out in the end.

i split the cost with my roommate. i plan on getting all three ppv's. i saved by not buying the kotc this month.

Yeah man it sucks. I had a box in the summer so I caught a few events, but now all I have is the pbp and the downloads of fights. I need to find someone who can order PPVs.

April should be a very good month. I'm ordering both, and I am going to 3 events live here in Indiana that month. Best month for MMA in a long long time.

I'll be getting all of them (Bushido too).


It's going to be expensive for me, I usually watch them by myself or w/ just one buddy that follows MMA seriously too. I don't like trying to watch it Live or for the first time w/ casual fans or in a large group. I get too intnese and there are too many distractions.

I'm going to download bushido, I can stay away from results but if I can download the fights I can't help myself if I have to wait too long

The PPV premiere of the GP is Saturday April 23, at 10pm eastern time. Im glad it is on a saturday, Prides are usually on a sunday and that is why I dont order them.
