Is it possible... Is there any way I can get a fresh install... WITHOUT reinstalling all of my programs and whatnot... WITHout the disk??!?1
I am having MASSIVE problems with IE and windows in general.. My computer won't shutdown... it freezes everytime it gets to the "Windows is Shutting Down" screen, I can't load LOTs of different media types from the net without freezing... I can't install WIndows Media Connect...
and I am having a lot of other problems as well....
stop downloading spyware. fuck IE. thats why your fucking computer is broken. your using that excuse for a web browser. as for your question, nope. you need to start over. your shit is infested.

And why wouldn't you re-install? A fresh IE install will most likely do dick and it sounds like you have more serious problems. I take it you have run a full virus and spyware scan? If those come up clean, there is a chance some DLL's have been overwritten, registry entries have gone awry (use CCleaner to have a look at the registry) etc etc. You cannot install Windows without a disk or a network install however, since it needs to get the files from somewhere. If you have a valid license, simply download an ISO from a torrent site and install using your license. Take backup of whatever you may need (general tip, never have c: as your only drive and store all the things you need on a separate drive leaving C: for system files only. This simplifies the job of reinstalls immensly) and then boot the CD and install.
Though, if you have any specific error messages I could look into them for you.

well.. I actually use Firefox and opera... I don't use IE...
and it looks like I might have to actually BUY a copy of windows... becuase I am not sure of the licsense KEY...
and its not any particular error... just random shit that happens... I am gonna pick up an external HD and a fresh copy of windows.... move all my shit onto the fresh drive... then do a complete reinstall

Dude, do you know what WGA is? You have to have a valid Windows license or else it won't work. It validates your installation and marks Windows as being "genuine". If you don't have a license you won't get the software.
You can still get Windows update through the automagic mechanism, but not by visiting the web page, and if the software you want to install requires a valid license you're in trouble.

Though, there are ways around it, do a quick search on google, I can have a look/see later if you don't find anything.
