I got ad pop ups after dl'ing kazaa @ work.

So ive been running ad-aware(free), and such and keep getting massive popups.

I only downloaded, then uninstalled Kazaa to download a song for work since limewire wasnt connecting Tuesday, now. Baack at work, i keep getting all these popups. it fucking sucks.

so what do i do?

I would bro. Just note CCleaner gets rid of your cookies aswell but I think this can be disabled.

Don't install Kazaa anymore, it's not a P2P program anymore, it's a spyware transmitter.

Anyway, CCleaner and Ad-Aware will get rid of some, but note that you might still have spyware and it will require a full AV scan or some such to get rid of it. In the worst case; boot to safe mode and run AV and/or anti-spyware there.
