Herring was DQ'd since it was intentional. DQ is not the same as No Contest (from accidental groin shot or similar type thing).

Anyhow, even sportsbook.com gave me my money back (the amount I wagered, they didn't pay out for the win). I call bullshit if I don't get my 200 points back here.
