fwiw, i originally wanted to post this training forum, but then associating this with threads that advice entire liquid diets and clearing of body toxins would be a step down from evolution. so i'm gonna stick it here
ECA stack is combination of ephedra, caffeine, and aspirin; a popular diet supplement which has proven to promote significant weight-loss and prolong endurance back in the day. two of the most popular diet brands which contained ECA stack were xenadrine and hydroxy-cut, used by millions. however, ephedra was recently banned by the u.s gov't as a dietary supplement, thus ending the ECA dietary commercial reign. nowadays, supplements such as xenadrine only contains a version of CA stack (caffeine and aspirin), which significantly reduces its effectiveness.
however, a little-known fact is that ephedra is still being sold in a legalized form. it's used as an active ingredient in over-the-counter prescription that is used to treat asthma, commonly know as Vasporo. Vasporo can be ordered cheaply (7-9$ a bottle) over the net and has no demonstratable side-effects other than the "buzz" one gains from the ephedra that we all knew so well.
therefore, it is entirely possible to recreate your own "ECA" stack with a little creativity if you wish. Vasporo combined with generic store brand caffeine and aspirine is rumoured to work well.
a more efficient and easier method is to merely take vasporo together with xenadrine (or any other popular dietary/endurance aid), as it contains caffeine and aspirin inside already.

here are some links you can look up info from and order vasporo through --> http://www.google.com/search?svnum=10&hl=en&q=vasopro&spell=1&sa=N&tab=iw
p.s: i wrote this b/c i personally disagree with the outlawing of ephedra, i contend that ephedra has never contributed directly to any deaths except in cases where it was grossly abused or misused. of course, with that logic than you should ban cough syrup, pain killers, and alcohol as well.
however, if you're a dumbass and prone to self-abusing tendencies i suggest you stick with the less potent dietary supplements
