Need Video Help

I'm extracting video/audio from Matroska containers to put on DVD. I've extracted 2 avi files and 2 ogg files. I need a quality program to join them all. I have DVD Architect so I'm gonna put the joined file through there. Also, should I increase the bit rate when I convert to DVD?

With straight MKV files, I use TMPEnc to encode them to MPG files and then (again, with TMPEnc) merge the two created MPG files together. It's a lot easier using that than joining avis and using avi sync or whatever to make sure the sound stays in line.

when you go to make the dvd go to options, then simply choose "fit to disc" and it'll adjust the files b it rate to fit 4.5gigs on a dvd to give you the maximum wuality for your dvd.
