apparently i had a college loan from 6 years ago that I had forgotten about and NOT HEARD SHIT about in 6 fucking years. I was expecting my tax return so I bought new tires for my car, memory for my PC, and a PSP and serveral video games. EXPECTING MY FUCKING MONEY
Well, I now know that a school loan company can randomly fucking take your goddamn tax return and apply it to the loan without any fucking knowledge or contact.
They told me the last time they tried to contact me was 5 FUCKING YEARS AGO. They then said that they had NO WAY of contacting me. When my fucking family lives at the same goddamn address they always have. I find it pretty fucking ironic that they HAVE NO IDEA where i am but the second I get soem fucking money that just take that shit.
This is one of those times in an Americans life where they say FUCK THE GOD DAMN EDUCATION SYSTEM for making money off of children that make mistakes. Fuck the whole goddman shit!

I AM paying back all the loans I have. at least I thought I was. I think what this one comes down to, is THEY fucked up and havent been able to contact me at the same fucking address I gave them.

Anger is starting to reside a little bit but I am still somewhat bothered. I hate having fucking money problems.

That's rough, man. I can understand them doing that kind of thing if someone is just refusing to pay back what they got from the system, but in your case they fucked up and just decided they'd make up for lost time by taking all they could from you in one shot. That's underhanded. But it's a good lesson to learn to spend less than you make. Listen to Clark Howard. That dude's got shit figured.
