Just go on download.com or something to get winrar, or type winrar into google. it's pretty easy to find.
Here for example

You never have to pay for winrar. If you don't buy it you will just always get a message saying its the evaluation copy.

Apparently I need all parts of the winrar transfer in order to watch a part? Example: "Scene" is split into 9 files, without all 9 files I cannot watch it?
Another question: Once I unzip it (or unrar it, heh) will it be a normal file ... or will I always have to view it with winrar open or whatever?

When ever i download any rar files, i just open up the folder. Press select all to highlight all the files then expand it or whatever the term is and select the appropriate place it should expand to (i.e my documents or whatever).
It then appears as a avi. file or whatever it is (i'm assuming you're opening video files) and can be opened with whatever media player you are using
