Ruiz comes in at what ties his career-high weight, 241 lbs.

Toney shows up at 233, fully dressed.

That should put Toney right around 225 with another day or two to fluctuate. I'll take it.

Thoughts?

Until proven otherwise Ruiz by UD. I dont see Toney being able to keep Clinch and Grab Boy from working his inside magic

Ruiz is gonna wrestle his way to another decision. If there's any excitement in the fight it won't be Ruiz's doing.

I actually think the undercard fight between Davarryl Wiliamson and Derek Jefferson will outshine this by quite a bit. Loser is out of the fringe contender picture in the heavyweight division

Elg, I get a kick out of watching TOS fight (even though he's not that good). Hey, thanks for the link to the Zale/Graz rubber match--I actually already have this fight on tape WAYYY back from the old sports show called "Remember When" that was on TV.....remember that show? They did a lot of baseball episodes. The sound quality of the tape is shit now, though, and I'm glad you hooked me up with that link. You're the man, Elg.

Give me James Toney to stop him late 10 or 11. Toney is too smooth and slcik for Ruiz.

it's going to be great when Ruiz trys finding somthing to hug and starts eating uppercuts. I think James will use lateral movement and tricks on the inside to keep him off and stop Ruiz in the later rounds.

lucky bastard. Last night I went to watch Anthony Dirrell blast out some bum, but it was entertaining to say the least.
