For all you betting n00bs, the +/- next to the team name is the line. That means you add or subtract that number from the score of the team you bet on.
ex:
Patriots -7
Lions +7
Actual final is Patriots 27 Lions 21
You bet on the Patriots. You would have to subtract 7 from their score, they won by 6 so you would lose that bet.
