JOE BRAMMER VS. MARK BOCEK
Round 1 - A spattering of applause for both fighters. Referee Herb Dean in charge of the evening's first bout. A touch of gloves, and we're underway. Brammer opens with a low kick, then high. Bocek fires back a few stiff hands that are blocked. Brammer sticks with the kicking attack as the pair circles the cage. Bocek lands a nice right hand and clinches against the cage. Bocek scores with knees from the clinch before Brammer backs away. Bocek and Brammer trade hands, before Bocek shoots in. Quick trip, though Brammer pops back up. Bocek grabs him again and scores a thunderous suplex. Bocek gets both hooks on the floor and looks for the choke. He's a bit high, but Bocek re-adjusts and rolls to his own back. Brammer forced to fight off the choke halfway through the frame. Brammer scrambles to his feet, but Bocek is glued to the back. Bocek's corner tells him to relax, and he patiently works in the rear-naked choke with the right arm. With Brammer still standing, the choke is deep. He has no choice but to tap. Mark Bocek def. Joe Brammer via submission (rear-naked choke) - Round 1, 3:36.

Dennis Hallman vs. John Howard
Round 1
Hallman has a left head kick blocked immediately. They clinch against the fence. Hallman scores a quick takedown from the clinch and lands in half guard. Howard is controlling Hallman’s left arm. Hallman lands a decent left elbow. And another. Howard is OK. Referee Josh Rosenthal implores the two to start working. At the 2:38 mark, Rosenthal stands the fighters. Decent right leg kick by Howard. Howard digs in a vicious right uppercut to Hallman’s body, but “Superman” dives in and rolls Howard into a heel hook. Howard is in trouble, but he rolls away and escapes. Hallman drags Howard back down and the scramble into Howard’s guard. Howard and Hallman both are very patient on the ground and the sparse crowd is groaning for them to stand up. Not much happens in the final 30 seconds of the round. 10-9 Hallman.

Round 2
Hallman lands a low kick immediately. They trade low kicks. Howard shoots in for a double leg and is stuffed. Instead he falls into a standing guillotine. Hallman has the choke and tries to pull guard, but Howard defends it well. The choke is gone. Hallman lets go and shifts to side control. Howard is very relaxed on his back. He quickly springs up. Hallman traps his escape and seizes his back. Hallman sinks his hooks in and Howard expertly defends the rear-naked choke. Howard’s corner is growing more frustrated with his lack of listening skills. Howard lands two futile punches from his back behind the choke attempt. Hallman is not doing much. There’s 30 minutes left and nothing is going on. Howard’s corner is yelling at Rosenthal that Hallman isn’t doing anything but keeping Howard down. 10-9 Hallman.

Brian Stann vs. Rodney Wallace
Round 1
They square off and size each other up, throwing no strikes for the first 25 seconds. Wallace shoots in and takes Stann down, but he is able to pull guard. They remain on the ground for a brief moment until Stann scrambles and escapes back to his feet. They engage again and Stann lands a hard right hand to the body and then clinches Wallace into the fence. Another right to the body by Stann and they separate. Stann misses a left/right and Wallace scores a nice double-leg takedown. Stann scrambles right back up to his feet, but Wallace presses him into the fence. Wallace grabs Stann’s left leg, but can’t land the single. With two minutes left, Wallace finally gets the single, but Stann gets right back up. Stann lands a right hand. Hard right low kick by Stann. Stann misses a right hand and shoots in for a single leg, but Wallace stuffs him and flips him over his head. Once Stann crashes onto the canvas, Wallace nabs side control. Stann scrambles back to his feet and lands another right hand. They clinch and Wallace scores another double leg. It was a very close round, but Wallace’s takedowns are the difference. 10-9 Wallace.
Sho-nuff time
Another reason to never listen to dumbass Rios, Wallace won't be able to do anything with his wrestling, get the fuck out of here.

Round 2
They exchange left jabs immediately and Wallace shoots in for another takedown. This time it’s stuffed by Stann. They grapple along the fence for about thirty seconds until Wallace finally scoops up Stann and slams him down. Stann quickly fence-walks back to his feet and then quickly scores a takedown of his own. Wallace pulls full guard. Stann lands a few elbows and punches from the top. Wallace switches from closed to open guard, then back to closed. Another elbow from Stann, this one is hard. Stann postures up and lands another series of punches. Stann stands up and hovers over Wallace and then dives back in with a right hand. Stann lands two more right elbows while Wallace pulls guard. Stann postures up again and lands a left hand, but it’s not hard. Wallace, desperate, rolls over and tries a kneebar. Stann rolls over and defends, but Wallace won’t let go. Wallace switches to a moderate heel hook, but he’s got nothing. Stann rolls over again at the end of the round. 10-9 Stann.

Round 3 - Traded jabs. Stann kicks hard to the legs, but Wallace snags it and dumps his opponent to the floor. Stann pulls guard, but his corner wants him back on the feet. Wallace slips to the back as Stann scrambles, and bot hooks are in. Wallace rolls to his back, but Stann slips one of the hooks, turns, and gets back to his feet. Stann pushes Wallace to the cage. Stann throws a few soft knees. Two minutes in. Wallace again driving the single-leg, and Stann defending. Stann slips in a few punches to the face. Stann grabs a Thai clinch and lands tow nice knees before resetting in the center. Leg kick wobbles Wallace. He moves in, and Stann defends again. Wallace kneels with 90 seconds left. Wallace drives for a takedown. Stann maintains his balance well and delivers a few knees. Stann moves away and delivers another nice kick to the legs. Wallace moves in. Stann lands a knee. A final flurry sees Stann land a right hand, and MMAjunkie.com gives the third to Stann, 10-9, and the fight to him as well, 29-28. Brian Stann def. Rodney Wallace via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28).

JON MADSEN VS. JUSTIN WREN
Round 1 - No walk-ins as we move immediately to the next fight. Referee Herb Dean in charge. Wren takes the center and throws a left. Madsen answers with a right. Both guys swinging hard. Wren's face reddened immediately. Small cut under right eye. Wren swinging hard, ut Madsen countering very well as he backs away. Madsen lands another counter right. Madsen looking for nothing other than the counter. Wren sneaks in a right and slips the return. Wren moves into a clinch. Both guys swing and miss. Wren grunting as he throws. Halfway through the frame. Wren starting all the attacks. Madsen wants only to counter. Wren sticks his chin out and points to it. Madsen still hesitates. Madsen finally throws a jab, and Wren counters with a right. Moderate pace, but shots are heavy when the come. Madsen lands a jab. Wren having trouble landing, and Madsen countering well. Big flurries with time expiring. If the gas tanks last, this could get good. MMAjunkie.com sees the round for Madsen with the more effective strikes.
Round 2 - Wren again the aggressor. Wren scores with a jab. Madsen evades the follow-up Both score with their hands in an exchange. Madsen scores with a nice right as he evades, but Wren signals he wants more. Wren forced to chase. Wren seeking openings. Madsen content to move second. Wren scores to the belly with a right hand. Madsen pops a jab. Halfway through the frame. Wren attacks with a 1-2, but Madsen slips out. Madsen lands a stiff jab. Wren feints and lands a right on the second move. Wrestling is gone, and Wren moving his upper body while looking for openings. Wren lands a left as Madsen circles away. Not much significant offense here, but Madsen's passiveness may cost him. Wren scores with an uppercut as time expires. Not much between the two, but MMAjunkie.com like's Wren's aggression, 10-9.

Wren lands a left hand as Madsen backs away. Madsen scores with the jab. Wren scores with a right to the gut. Wren sticking out that chin again. Wren lands a low kick. That's right, a kick. Wren misses on a double jab. Wren scores another kick but eats a counter right hand. Halfway through the round. Madsen parries a jab then evades an overhand right. Wren misses and eats a right. Madsen pops in a jab that snaps Wrens's head. Wren lands a left, but he catches a right. He simply can't keep Madsen in place. Wren and Madesen exchange, and Wren scores a few knees in a brief clinch. Wren swinging for the fences, but he can't land. Wren calls for Madsen to engage with 30 seconds left. Wren clinches again, but Madsen slips out Nice flurry of hands from Madsen with time winding down. Wren scores with a kick, and Madsen answers just after the bell. MMAjunkie.com sees the final round for Madsen, 10-9, and the fight, 29-28. Wren probably earned more fans, but Madsen looks like he earned the victory. Jon Madsen def. Justin Wren via split decision (30-27, 28-29, 29-28).

JAMES McSWEENEY VS. DARRILL SCHOONOVER
Round 1 - Josh Rosenthal in charge of the final prelim. McSweeney kicks low and evades the counter punch. McSweeney lands a front kick. McSweeney grabs a clinch and throws a knee that Schoonover blocks. McSweeney misses over the head with a high kick. A kne drops Schoonover, but he grabs a leg and recovers. McSweeney grabs a guillotine choke and cranks it. McSweeney falls to his back and squeezes harder. Schoonover somehow survives and is in top position. McSweeney briefly kicks his legs for a submission, but he grabs guard. Schoonover stands and moves to half-mount behind a punch. Schhonover works for mount, but McSweeney maintain half-guard. Schoonoves lands a nice elbow from op. Schoonover passes to side control, but he's quickly swept. McSweeney now in side control and starts dropping left hands to the face. McSweeney moves to mount. Schoonover rolls under punches, and McSweeney takes the back. Schoonover turns again. McSweeney stands and lands a stomp to the belly. Schoonover stands and starts firing punches. McSweeney looks gassed or rocked. Schoonover shows heart. McSweeney takes the frame on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9, but he needs to recover.

Another shot lands and Schoonover topples to the canvas, more off-balance than hurt. McSweeney stands over him and eventually follows to the floor. Schoonover has guard, and briefly rolls out for an arm bar. McSweeney slides out and lands a few shots while postured. McSweeney stacks Schoonover. Schoonover rolls. McSweeney wants to throw a knee as Schoonover tries to stand, but he can't strike his kneeling foe. Schoonover turtled, and McSweeney lands left hands and elbows. McSweeney lands a knee to the ribs. Schoonover tries to stand, but McSweeney keeps him pinned. Action slow, but McSweeney staying active enough to keep the fight on the floor. Schhonover rolls, and he takes top position in a scramble. McSweeney uses a smooth left leg elevator to reverse the position, and he sets up in side control. Schoonover tries fro an arm bar, but McSweeney stands out. Schoonover again turtles. McSweeney tries to work his hooks in, but he cntrols the back until the end of the frame. MMAjunkie.com awards a clear round to McSweeney, 10-9.

McSweeney works from side control. Schoonover rolls and tries to regain guard. Stalemate, and Rosenthal stands the action. Schoonover lands a right hand. McSweeney sees a kick coming and beats it with a jab. Halfway through the round. Two exhausted fighters in the cage. Schoonover throwing lazy kicks. Traded knees in the clinch. McSweeney lands a front kick. McSweeney comes to life with a flying knee. High kick comes and more knees. Rosenthal watching closely. Schoonover covers up as punches fly. Schoonover collapses to the canvas, and Rosenthal rushes in before he absorbs any more damage. James McSweeney def. Darrill Schoonover via TKO (strikes) - Round 3, 3:20.
