View Full Version : Timed CD for heavy bag workout

So I'm making a CD of about 15 tracks roughly about 3:00 in length to simulate a round but am looking for something to give me a minute break in between rounds. A silent mp3 track exactly 1 minute long would be perfect but I have no idea what to be looking for. Any suggestions?

I think a shortened version of beethoven or mozart song would be better for inbetween songs.

I got one for a minute fifteen seconds. It works well I would think but it is a bit over played. It is beethovens 9th symphony.
Should I post it up?

If you want relaxing shit for a minute, just put a minute of "To Here Knows When" by My Bloody Valentine in after each song.

That's a pretty good idea. I usually just use a timer and play death metal in the background. If something takes my personal input to do on the computer (like burn a MP3 CD for training, or installing a DVD burner so I can burn my 50 gigs of pirated movies) I will probably put it off until tommorow.

Furious Angels, Rob Dougan. AKA the Matrix soundtrack guy. Relaxing piano work over trance/trip-hop... great for cooling down. It's what I listen to, anyways.
