finally, i am training again. i have been lifting pretty well the last few weeks and started boxing today. this is the first solid training i have done since i got my arm snapped about 11 months ago. i thought for the longest time i'd never get back into it, but boxing seems soooo much more fun than BJJ. the coaches seem a lot more intense and deticated to teaching.
no real reason for this thread, but just wanted to kill some time and chill before i go to sleep.

where do you train at?
i also started training recently. right now i'm training mostly on boxing and knees. i will train hard on bjj but i rather focusing on being striker and sprawl n' brawl. i consider myself teh master leglocks and recently i'm been tapping ppl out w/ armbars. so, i'm feel more a complete and well rounded but, i'm lacking cardio and my diet went downhill.
my best friend is a certified muay thai instructor and bjj blue belt from relson gracie. so, my plan for this year i'll work my cardio and go thailand to train w/ my friend.

I hear ya man goodluck with training
I was out for a while due to a broken foot. I've been back for a month or so now. It feels fuckin good to be training again.
I was out for 13 months with an ACL tear. I HATE YOU GUYS!

The longest time I was out before was about a month because I hurt my back, and I couldn't even walk. Fucking wrestling.

i am now training at La Habra City Boxing in California. it is only $20 a month because that place is funded by te city. there are some pretty good coaches there and the atmosphere always seems to keep people motivated. sometimes your training atmosphere can make or break you entire routine.
