You poker bastard, this would be a real good idea if it's possible.

I'll be willing to work on it with someone. If anyone knows how to program, I'll help by making the graphics and shit.

they come premade.
requirements:
vb2.0 arcade demo 2.0 OR vbulletin 3.0 arcade v 1.0
if the game needs to be paid for ill buy it if it looks like its worth it.
also i dont htink you can use the vstore points system in arcade as they are both seperate hack options made for our forum software.

That's actually a very very good idea, however, as dy-no said, those are two separate mods and do not operate as far as I know. Flash poker games should be possible to get hold of though.
Another possible scenario could be to put up a Java applet that works with the vcash... I'm just thinking out loud, but it's an idea, a damn good one at that seeing how many people on here seem to like playing poker.

Could'nt you integrate Visual basic 6.0 or something. Poker follows easy to calculate rules. Does'nt Java slow the shit down? I can upload VB6.0 if anyone's want it. Woud'nt the script run seperately? Just make a link back to thr index to escape.
i wish i could remember vb6 coding. id love to look into something like this. im just a network guy now though :(

No it doesn't, that's a view people's had since years back, but today it's just as fast, if not faster than vb.net and C# .net. The only languages that run faster is C/C++, with optimized code. VB6 is a god awful language that should NEVER be used outside of prototyping.
Java isn't a fully interpreted language anymore, that has been speeding up the execution of it. Java applets are also alot more powerful than Flash, and VB6 means ActiveX components which can only run on Internet Explorer in Windows and on MAC, so that's not even an option.
Programming the rules of poker isn't the hard part, it's "harder" to draw up the cards etc. It's actually pretty easy to create a poker game, but it takes time and if my plan goes through it has to interoperate with the vstore tables for easy extraction of points.

swf = ShockWave-Flash.
Too much talky, not enough No-Limit Texas Hold 'Em.
Someone PM me when the ball gets rolling on this. I'm handy with PS, just not so much with VB (propietary MS bullshit languages don't turn me on).
fuck I'd be up for that too.
