alrigth boys - you know the NFL better than I, so let's have 'em. copy/paste these rankings and edit them as you see fit througout the season... we'll compile them at some point and have our rankings.

Top Ten Heavy Hitters
10- Terrel Suggs, OLB, Ravens. Didn't start every snap last year, but was felt when he did.
9- Keith Brooking, OLB, Falcons. Explosive leg strength, a pitbull in the backfield.
8- Ray Lewis, ILB, Ravens. Lost a step but still hits like a mad man. Check out most big plays the Ravens had last year on defense. Odds are RayRay was laying folks out in the background.
7- Donovin Darius, SS, Jaguars. Hot damn, this guy's vicious.
6- Takeo Spikes, OLB, Bills. I am become Takeo, the destoryer of worlds.
5- John Lynch, FS, Broncos. Should be higher, but like Lewis has declined a bit.
4- Rodney Harrison, SS, Patriots. Personally, I think he's dirty. That don't make him less vicious.
3- Roy Williams, FS, Cowboys. Another questionable hitter - but saddle tackles aside still a wicked hitter.
2- Ed Reed, FS, Ravens. Very under-rated hitter. Though with his big-play attitude, it's easy to make that mistake.
1- Brian Dawkins, FS, Eagles. When the Dawk hits you, you stay hit.

What the fuck is this not in the OFFICIAL NFL THREAD? That would help get shit pumping.

Also, I want to clarify "Receivers". Do you just mean in terms of doing fundamental receiving shit? Running routes, having the best hands, body adjustment, etc? Or do you mean production wise?
And, QB Life Savers? Huh?

1- This isn't in the NFL thread because I want to be able to track it, and compile shit.
2- By receivers I mean, yes, overall skils when catching the ball thrown from a QB on the same team as the player. fundamental receiving shit, Running routes, having the best hands, body adjustment and production.
3- By qb life savers, I mean O-line, full backs that drop down to block, even running backs. A player you'd draft to protect your QB, basically.

Also, I really think Top 5 is suitable for these categories

that's just 'cause you can't think of more than 5 players. punk.

No, because there is more stratification at in the Top 5. Its easier to think of a clear Top 5 then to do 6-10 when you're crapshooting a lot of times in your head. Bitch.
