Right click on the taskbar and choose "properties". Go to "Start Menu" and choose "Customize". If you use the classic view, just press the "Clear" button. If you use the advanced new version there will be two tabs "General" and "Advanced". Click on "Advanced" and at the bottom press the button named "Clear List".
