Temp internet files. Delete them?

Should I reguarly delete my temporary internet files?

Usually it's not necessary. The browser has a limited file space for temp files (you can specify this) so it will automatically delete and replace older files. Any well behaved browser will replace a cached page with a new updated one if it has been updated.

I do advice you to install CCleaner, it's an excellent program that will also clean up in the temp internet files folder, that's a lot easier than doing it manually.
