I had 50 on this event, lost most of it....
Here are my bets and reasons why i placed these bets.
Yeah, I was watching on sherdog and soon to watch online the fights, but i had 50 riding on fights
I put 20 on tank knock off yoshidas head.
*reasons for bets*
1. Tank knocked out cabbage(never been done before)
2. Weight diffrence is emence
3. The odds would have trippled my money
4. DSE is natorous for making japanese fighters "put on a good show" aka giving chance a real chance at landing a bomb.
I put 5 on fedor
1. This match was hard to call, but seeing how he steps in and uses his punchs set up his upper body takedowns gave me alot of faith.
2. Fedors upper body takedowns are so much more then just your wrestling shot, being a experienced grappler i can tell you just because you can sprawl dosnt mean, you have awsome Take down defense vs upper body throws trips etc.
3. Cro cop is natorious for choking right at title fights happened at k-1 and its happening again.
4. Sak,Josh,Nog,Takada, ron, silva all took mirko down, and i figured if fedor got him to the ground, the way he ripped threw nogs guard gives him the fight straight up.
I put 25 on arona
1. Silva has never truely faced a ADCC champion, secondly he's agressive and very big at middle weight.
2. Arona nearly beat fedor(rings)
3. The odds were just too good, i figured that if he beat silva which he did, he could dismaintle overeem or shogun. Because they'd have a hell of a stand up war.
4. He's lay N pray to discion on any of them.
To bad i lost on tank and arona and made just a few on fedor but at least i had some solid logic on my bets.
