the undercard could be me vs. Mia St John and it'd still be worth it.

I was watching Friday Night Fights last night and every state unanimously had Morales winning...

I'm fat and out of shape. I wouldn't last the distance. I fought at 165lbs and walk around about 200 nowadays.

JTT, I'll be buying the PPV tonight, like I almost always do. This fight is definately worth the price, but only if you're really stoked to see it live--the HBO rebroadcast is always free, and sometimes tempts me to wait a week and not have to pay. I'm not even remotely tempted this time, though.

I've always enjoyed watching my fellow Wisconsinite Morel scrap. I'm looking forward to the Castillo match.

How someone can watch 107 pounders fight is beyond me. It's like 2 anorexic chicks battling it out with extremely baggy shorts that extend pass the shins.
I'll only watch the Morales/Pacquiao fight tonight..

Morales won a 113=115 UD. I was really drunk watching it but it appeared very competitive

Wow. any knock downs? blood? etc.
So basically Morales won by 1 round. Because if Paq took one more round, it would have been 114-114 even.

from memory chavez destroyed his jobber in 3. tko.
arce won a tough fight... a GREAT fight... despite a nasty cut on the nose... by close dcision in a bloody bloody fitht
and morales won a close decision that wasnt really that close in another great fight... pac vs. morales could be the next great trilogy based off this one.

Chavez Jr. dominated the overmatched opponent. I still think Chavez Jr. is the real deal at only 19 years old.
The Morales/Pacquiao fight was amazing. Eventhough there was a dash of controversy in the fourth round about a cut caused by a headbutt on Pac's right eye, he put up a great fight the rest of the night. What stunned everyone, including Lampley, Merchant and Jones Jr., was when Morales switched to southpaw in the 12th round and took some monster punches to the chin. It looked as if Morales wasn't gonna go down, even if he was hit by a sledgehammer. It would benefit all boxing fans if there was a rematch.
BTW, I said Morales would win, but was too much of a pussy to actually place money on it.

Don't beat yourself up about it, you were only gonna win $22, anyway.

My neighbor's wife, who's filipina and the filipino community here and a bunch of her co-workers who are mexicans bet on their respective countrymen to win. They got their boss to hold the money. It was like over a grand bet on each side when they had to stop upping the ante due to cash flow problems.
I know she's sick today.
