Hey guys im about to start training really hard after a 3 month lay-off due to family health problems and trouble with the law. I wanted to find a supplement that will help me burn excess fat during my workouts that wont have any bad side effects. I am going to start training Muay Thai again 3 times a week 2 hours each time and i want to maximize my training time.

How did you manage to get in trouble with the Waukegan police? My suggestion is to put this in the Training forum, and put an ATTN: CHH in the title, you'll get mass information about supplements.

eat well!
im anti supplements, just due to the fact i dont get a good reaction offa them, used to take cell tech, burned my throat, made me dehydrated...but damn did my muscles swell...
but when i stopped, they shrank
every supplement seems to be something you have to take forever, and im not about that
steroids seem to do the job well, had a couple friends who used it, but i dont recommend it
stuff i tried
cell tech - works, but burns throat, makes u dehydrated, you really swell up pretty good, but once you stop taking it, it goes away from my experience
xenadrine - feels like twack....literally felt like a low dose of speed, not recommended, though i hear it works
EAS protein myoplex type crap - works, is quality, tastes like crap, expensive
cheap ass protein powder - forgot the name, but tastes decent, not bad, cheap, 14grams per scoop, probably the best bang for ur buck
there are more people here knowledgeable about this stuff than me, but this is my personal experience
I took used to take Xenadrine. My record doseages was 4 pills, 2 caffine pills, and 2 yohimbine pills. Whew, that was wild
Anyways, don't take any supplements. If you aren't working out at all right now, just getting off your fat ass will show 99% of the results you need without spending any extra money.

I agree. Just get in there and work hard.
You've got 5 minutes to decide, do you want me to
A) Give you a super informed answer in the other thread and delete this one
or
B) Delete the other one and make fun of you in this one
Is it the weekend already?
