it depends who he fights. he can tool these lower class guys that he has better wrestling than. i dont think he can be a champ again. actually, correction. because i do like ricco: i dont think he wants to be champ again. he seems content fighting fatties as a fatty.

You do have a point. The Ricco that went to decision with Nog shouldn't have lost one to Waterman. If Ricco can get it together though, I'd love to see him in the UFC whose HW Divisions desperately needs some depth.

if he wants to make 265 he can get some wins in UFC and give them some name recognition for the HW division. someone like Sylvia though might still knock him the fuck out by stuffing all the shots and throwing down.

I honestly think Ricco got careless and Tim took advantage and got the good shot in on that fight, but since then Tim's improved and Ricco hasn't, so I think Ricco could be in a world of hurt if there was a rematch. Same thing with AA, he's improved and Ricco hasn't, but when the likes of Eilers and Buontello are getting shots at the title the division needs all the help it can get.

no doubt. Ricco did get careless but thats because Tim was stuffing all his shots. its frustrating. thats why Gomi beat down Kawajiri. he couldnt get the takedown and abandon it.
