Okay, do you guys think it is more tiring to take punches or give them. Of course KO punches are gonna be bad, but do you think that in a case like Rampage-Liddell, Rampage tired himself out a lil more than he needed to. I really dont know the right way to word this...

Would you get more tired giving off massive flurries with only a few connecting or blocking massive flurrys with a few getting through???

I don't get tired from punching, but taking punches sucks the life out of me. Then again, I'm being hit my Mark Hominick.

Best thread ever.

In boxing they teach you to slip punches because the person throwing the punches won't recieve the satisfaction if he throws a strike and only comes up with air. The frusteration is supposed fatigue your opponent faster, blah, blah, etc.

JTT changed it once he exposed me to everyone.

And it was an answer. You just have to read carefully and meditate over the answer.

When I was in boxing, it was alot more tiring to "throw" punches then take them. Boxing is more of trying not to be hit, and when you do get hit it wont be a good shot. Alot of people don't understand that because is just as much, if not more, defensive then offensive. I have seen great conditioned people tire themselves out just by throwing punches for 2 minutes. I'm not saying that they have to go crazy, but just punching for a few minutes is tiring. There is this one drill that we used to do in my boxing gym. For one round, one person is offensive, and the other person is defensive. I actually prefered to be defensive rather then offensive, because it took so much more energy out of me.

I can't edit my messages, because I'm on standing eight count.
"Alot of people don't understand that because is just as much", I meant to say " Alot of people don't understand that boxing is just as much".

If you know they are whitebelt level threads, then why the fuck do you make them? Get with the program dude, if we wanted white-belt threads, we would go to SD...

I believe that the main thing that differentiates these from teh dawgs threads is the responses I get. I will get real responces from people that have some type of common sense. I dont think the questions or comments are that retarded but they can garner some shitty responses from shitty people

About the same. The question is do you want to be tired with a broken nose and a black eye or sore hands? To me that is a no-brainer.
