View Full Version : SITE UPGRADE - IMPORTANT - EVERYONE READ

Later tonight we'll be doing an upgrade of vbulletin. This means that the site will be closed down while the maintenance is happening. We are bound to run into some problems with the upgrade, and we may be without the arcade, the bookie etc for a while as we're not 100% sure of the impact the upgrade of the bulletin board itself will have. I hope you'll manage without the addons if they were to disappear for a while.

Hopefully the upgrade itself will be over fast, but we'll see. This is just a heads up.

Can't give any promises on the dough.. I suspect it won't be lost, but it may disappear for a couple of days. Posts and reps will not be touched at all (famous last words).

For the record; yeah, I copied the thread into the most active forums to allow everyone to get a glimpse.

The upgrade will probably start in about two hours.

People worried about losing stuff (post count, cash, rep, ect) should probably either post the exact numbers they have in this thread or have one created so it stays in print if the server causes those types of issues. It won't exact because anything you type after the numbers wouldn't be exact if you keep posting today, but it will give a good, fair account of what you have/had prior to the upgrade. It doesn't matter for me because I'm a noob here, but thought I would pass on the suggestion. :D

try changing skins. is bloodyknux version 3.5 avaliable to you? if so use that. its letting me see avatars. and when you change skins, do it in your user cp as you cant change right now from the options on the forum main page

Cool, but there are a few more links that need updated. The "Thread Tools", etc. links are black on black.

Also, the avatars are not coming up on the Iceman skin.

Done but everytime I come here the skin remains in Bloodyknux.

Do I need to manually change the skin everytime I come here just to see avatars? Could you guys fix it?
