This is the last round of the Kimbo vs Brian Green fight. It's a boxing fight but it involves two fighters who have competed in MMA so I put it here. But apparently there is a lot of controversy on the ending of this fight. Brian Green http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Brian-Green-4164 is a mediocre MW MMA fighter and was leading on all scorecards going into the round. The ending looks fishy but who knows could be legit.

Dude was easily winning the fight, making Kimbo miss at will, and literally laughing off Kimbo's "power shots". Then that dramatic "collapse" after the uppercut he kept leaning into Kimbo to set up?

Absolute disgrace. Maybe he or a friend bet on the KO in the 4th? Even a reasonable fan, expecting a legitimate fight, would think that if Kimbo didn't score an early KO (first round or two), he wouldn't at all.

I think everybody is quick to assume this is a work. And it looks like it. But at the same time, I have seen people get KOed by shit that doesn't look "movie-worthy." And that shit happens. So let's not be so quick to jump to conclusions.

If it was a work Green should go into acting and Kimbo should not. The upper cut that ended the fight didn't look to have much on it, but that's not to say Green's chin could take it.

I find the end of the last round timing to be suspect, but I don't really think either guy would be smooth enough to pull this off intentionally.

Seriously, I am in complete disbelief of the ignorance of Fight fans. HOW DARE YOU say I took a dive in my fight against Kimbo?

I was officially (according to ALL THREE JUDGES SCORECARDS) winning the fight. I went out there, and I fought my heart out for the fans. I want to put a few things into perspective for you 'keyboard warriors' who have never laced up a pair of gloves in your life, but want to hate on someone behind a screen.

First, I took this fight on only THREE DAYS NOTICE! I had no time to prepare for a boxing match, I had been training for an upcoming MMA Fight April 13.

1. If I WERE GOING TO take a dive which I NEVER would, (I have too much pride to do that garbage!-I went into this fight with absolutely nothing to lose, and EVERYTHING to gain making a name off beating KIMBO SLICE) I DEFINITELY wouldn't wait until only 3 seconds left. If I were to take a dive I would do it before I got my brains beat on for 12 minutes.

2. I have a HUGE fight coming up April 13th. I have been begging for this fight for over a year now, and I FINALLY get it, and I HAD to make it to a decision to keep the opportunity to fight this upcoming fight. If I got TKO'd or KO'd I lose my rematch because of the medical suspension I would receive!!

3. You ignorant people.... Think about this. Do you realy think I would give up a WIN over KIMBO SLICE and a DOMINANT performance after going up 44lbs in weight with only 3 seconds left when the fight was WON? How dare you even speculate that I would give up WINNING for that. With only THREE SECONDS LEFT.

4. People talk about how I didn't even seem to care that I lost on the video in the back locker room. Well to clear that up, I do not even remember being in the back locker room. I don't remember anything that happened back there (Getting my hand tape cut off etc.) I watched the video from back scenes and I do not remember any of it.

5. I feel pretty crappy already that I was THAT CLOSE to beating Kimbo Slice. PLEASE don't make it worse by writing horrible things about this on the internet. You can ask anyone who knows me. I ALWAYS feel I have a chance at winning EVERY fight I'm in.... and i ALMOST won THIS one. I would never EVER take a dive. ESPECIALLY SOMEONE WHO HAS 5,000,000 views on youtube and a name that would skyrocket my career.

6. I am currently on a seven fight win streak in MMA, and I have a goal of making it to the UFC. My goal was to make it last a decision so I only received a seven day suspension, and I could fight my fight April 13th. If I wanted to make it to the UFC, what do you think would be most beneficial? To win for 4 rounds in a boxing match with KIMBO, and then take a dive with only 3 seconds left?! or to Last the decision, Which just so happened would have been a WIN in the biggest opportunity of my life giving a well known name and undefeated pro boxer his first loss. I was THREE SECONDS AWAY FROM DOING JUST THAT.

Add up the facvts, and PLEASE have some respect. I feel like crap as it is from LOSING. Don't hate on me and even think that me taking a dive is an option. I went out there with something to prove, and I ALMOST proved it.

However, almost only counts in Horse shoes and Hand Grenedes, right?

Thank GOD for keeping me safe, and that I don't have to have a jaw wired shut right now. That was my #1 concern fighting that BEAST of a human.

To everyone else who was there in attendance, Thank you for making it a fun fight.... Though I don't remember it, watching it on tape has been awesome, and got me super pumped up. DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN!?!?!? haaaaaaaaah!!!

Someone should a) inform him that god is not real; and b) remind him that he is the douchebag that purposefully lost because he is a coward pussy. He has no footing to call others "keyboard warriors" since most of those same people would probably fight to the end if called to do so in a fight, simply out of self pride/respect, not dance around like a faggot and then telegraph a fix before the last bell. Exactly. I have seen crazier shit happen in fights. And I'm not talking about sanctioned fights, but actual street fights. Sorry if it doesn't look the way everybody thought it would. And also, I really don't give a shit either way.

Has Kimbo Slice ever actually done anything to be so vilified by the MMA fan base? I feel like I hate him just because everyone else does. I can't recall him ever actually doing anything to make me dislike him.

The EliteXC thing was embarrassing, but I kind of gotta hand it to the guy for going on TUF and at least trying to make it. He never created any drama in the house and everyone seemed to like him. Yeah, he lost to Roy Nelson, but Roy won that season and has been a mainstay in the UFC HW division since and Roy never even belonged on that show anyways other than to meet Kimbo and beat him for our enjoyment.

If anything, I kind of feel bad for him. UFC kind of played him. Brought him onto TUF on the basis of proving himself while he got them the highest ratings they've ever had and all they had to do was pay him a measly $25K for beating Houston Alexander at the finale then telling everyone, see, he sucks, we proved it.

I can't think of him ever talking trash, getting popped for a banned substance or doing anything other than try and make it in this sport, even when the odds were severely stacked against him.

I have nothing against the guy; he seems like he's pretty down to earth.

He's not a good fighter by any means, and his days of being a massive draw are over. You can still make a name off beating him, but a guy called Brian Green taking a last second dive against him makes little sense as it doesn't do anything to propel Kimbo's career and there wouldn't be much money in it, unless he bet a massive amount against himself. Even then, fighting on 3 days notice, he was probably a massive underdog in the books and betting on himself wouldn't earn much money anyways.

That's why it doesn't make much sense. Also, even if there was a dive, who cares? This isn't a championship fight, nor a contenders fight, nor a top 50 ranked fight.
