Why was Sherk trying to look like such a hard ass during the post fight? GSP fucking blew his face up. His nose exploded, and Sherk was crying like a girl while GSP pounded on him.

Here's a general recap..

-Five inch reach disadvantage = don't try to box with GSP
-GSP's sprawl >>> Sherk's shot
-GSP's takedowns >>> Sherk's expectations + takedown defense
-Trying to punch a guy from the bottom of half guard when you have two inch arms = not a good idea
-GSP can drop bows
-Sherk's nose can really, really explode when it gets hit hard.
-GSP can truly give some insane post fight interviews

i will never doubt GSP (i really didn't doubt him this fight, was just trying to see if my av was truley magical, for proof look at the other threads, where i said sherk was a long shot in this fight)

outwrestled 2 wrestlers and made them look like chumps in their own game, matt hughes i think is dead (though he has farm boy strength and determination, i think GSP is too well rounded)

This isn't about his Sherk fights. The first fight was bullshit, and Karo was young in both of them. This is more about the fact Karo isn't a super athlete, and that he is really a finesse guy, and will try to roll around and grapple. Diego will bull rush him and go psycho and elbow him in the face. If the UFC want another top flight guy for Diego, Karo is the best chance Dirty D has.

GSP didn't just take him down, he slammed him and poant him silly. The elbow that blew up Sherk's nose was fucking sick. Sherk tried to look tough during the post fight, like he could've continued or something, but goddamn. He was bleeding everywhere and curling up like a bitch while Peezy machine gunned him.

Best moment of that match was when they were interviewing GSP afterwards and asking him about the match. He said something along the lines of "I knew he was hurt because when I landed that elbow I heard him go "AAAAAHHH"" That plus French accent = awesomeness.

Why does everyone give GSP the edge in a rematch? Hughes beat him soundly the first time and will do it again. And how come Hughes isnt considered well rounded?

PS remember when everyone was saying that Sherk was the biggest threat for Matt Hughes about 2 years ago? He hasn't won a decent fight yet, and he was toted as the next big thing.

Another PS: One of the only comments I ever liked of Joe Rogan's was: When Sean Sherk was getting pounded for 5 rounds, back when they had online voting, 14% of the people had said that Sherk was winning, and Rogan says,
"Sean Sherk's girlfriend keeps hitting that VOTE button"
