ADVICE NEEDED ASAP

I am going to a bjj tournament Oct.1st I am going to compete in the beginners class. I weight 168 today and need to know what I need to do to cut weight to 155. From diet to work out to supplements, protein shakes meal replacements ect... Any advice will be appreciated.

That is a pretty large amount of weight to cut this soon. Especially if you have never done it before.

You should start eating salads and chicken breasts exclusively, well shit like that. Also, start drinking a LOT of water, when you drink too much your body gets rid of more than you put in, so once you stop drinking this much water you will naturally dehydrate yourself.

Actually, don't listen to what I'm saying, I think the water thing is right, but I could be fucking you over. Wait for CHH to come in, I think he even made a thread about it before.

Why not fight at 170? Anyways, those article were all loop diuretics, kinda hardcore stuff. For the n00b, I'd think something more along the lines of Cranberry juice, wine, dandelion root, ect ect. Oh and sweat a lot and stuff

I don't care if ya'll wanna fuck around in the training forum, but dont purposefully mislead someone who might actually follow that advice. It's just gonna get you deleted and negs.

VitorsHands, eat clean, do plenty of resistance training and high intensity cardio. If it's too late to cut that much fat (inside of 3-4 weeks about) then you need to cut water weight. Read my previous suggestions about mild diuretics and hit the sauna. An alternative option is running with multiple layers of heavy clothing or a sweatsuit if you have one.
